Goat Head (cleaned,cut small pieces) 1
Onions 1 large
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
Fennil Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp

STEP BY STEP METHOD

Method
1 Marinate the cleaned and cut mutton head pieces with ginger paste, garlic paste,cumin powder, turmeric powderand salt. Leave it for a few minutes.
2 Take a large cooking pot and boil the marinated mutton head pieces on low heat for 15 minutes with the lid closed.Switch off.
3 In another frying pan add the oil and fennil powder and onions. Fry them well and add the cooked meat to this with the remaining water.
4 You can either take it out as a gravy with little sauce sticking to it or dry fry it
5 Serve with rice, sambarand rasam
6 For garnishing, grill some rings of onions spread them with the cilantro and serve
