STEP BY STEP METHOD

Soak the brain in
water for a few minutes and remove the thread like strands

Cut into 4 pieces

Marinate with the
gingerpaste, garlic paste, Red chilli powder and salt and
set it aside for 5 minutes. |

Pour oil in a frying
pan. Add the fennil powder and onions and fry well/td>

Add the mutton brain
pieces frying on low heat for at least 5 minutes |

Now add the pepper
and1/4 cup water and close the lid. Let it cook on low heat
till the brain is cookedand fried till it sticks to the
pan.Serve with rice and sambar. |

For garnishing, grill some rings of onions spread them with the cilantro and serve
