Onions 1 large
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
Fennil Powder 1/2 tsp
Cinatro 1/4 bunch
Salt to taste
Ground Black pepper 1 tsp

STEP BY STEP METHOD

Steps

Method
1 Soak the brain in water for a few minutes and remove the thread like strands
2 Cut into 4 pieces
3 Marinate with the gingerpaste, garlic paste, Red chilli powder and salt and set it aside for 5 minutes.
4 Pour oil in a frying pan. Add the fennil powder and onions and fry well/td>
5 Add the mutton brain pieces frying on low heat for at least 5 minutes
6 Now add the pepper and1/4 cup water and close the lid. Let it cook on low heat till the brain is cookedand fried till it sticks to the pan.Serve with rice and sambar.
7 For garnishing, grill some rings of onions spread them with the cilantro and serve
