INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)

Mutton Liver 1lb
Onions 1
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chilies 3 medium size
Cilantro 1/4 bunch
Garlic cut into fine tiny pieces 4 medium size cloves
Pepper & Salt to taste

STEP BY STEP METHOD

Steps

Method
1 Wash and cut th eliver into smaller pieces. Marinate it with turmeric, chili, garlic& ginger paste and salt and pepper
2 In a large frying pan season the onions diced and green chili well

3 Add the marinated liver and fry them together well
4 Cook on high till all the water has been absorbed. It should be really dry.
5 Even a little bit of water in the meat will cause it to break when frying. Let it cool
6 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot
