Tamil FISH CUTLET
Indian fish cutlet recipe can be made from any fish. We make it out of tuna fish. Tuna has a great taste for cutlets and easy to make. Just buy a few cans of Tuna and half your work is done. Indian fish cutlet is a great side dish for white rice with sambar, rasam, yogurt and fish curries. Tuna cutlet is one of our favorites, we make it at least twice a month.

STEP BY STEP METHOD

Drain water from tuna |

Add the ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder and salt |

Separate the white and yolk from the eggs. Add just the yolk to the mixture and reserve the white of the egg for step7.

Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes in pressure cooker, peel and mash and then add it to the mixture also |

Cut the onions into thin, small pieces and mix it well with the tuna mixture |

Pour oil in a large frying pan and let it heat which will take at least 5 minutes.Turn the heat to medium while you beat the egg white with a little pepper and salt |

Make thick and flat shape with the mixture, dip it in the egg white and deep fry in pan |

Place it on a paper towel to drain the fat. Serve hot |
