recipe is made in a variety of ways. Our family's version of FISH KORMA
has two flavors, red and green. The red FISH KORMA
recipe is spicy and hot. The green or white korma is milder and different. FISH KORMA
goes well with white rice, idli, dosa, iddyappam, aappam and bread. Since fish is one of our favorites, we make it at least twice a week.

FISH KORMA
STEP BY STEP METHOD

Cut the fish into small pieces. Grind the first four ingredients |

In a pan heat oil and season with cinnamon and clove |

Add the onion and tomato and fry just a little bit(do not let it brown)

Add the ground ingredients and fry well |

Add 1 cup water, close and let it boil for 6 to 7 mts |

Now add the fish pieces and let it cook on medium and heat for another 5 minutes |

Remove from the heat and here you can add 1/4 cup coconut milk and a few drops of fresh lemon juice, sprinkle cilantro and serve hot |
